MSMV (“we”, “us”) helps skilled workers create a digital profile they can share with employers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. MSMV is an initiative by Neuvisto.

Information we collect

  • From Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use Google only to verify who you are; we never receive your Google password.
  • Profile details you provide: your mobile number, district and state, skills, experience, work history, and languages you speak.
  • Documents and media you upload: work photos and videos, and — only if you choose to — identity documents and trade certificates for verification.
  • Usage information: a count of how many times your public profile has been viewed.

How we use your information

We use your information to build your profile, let employers discover you, resolve your district and state from your PIN code, and support verification. We do not sell your personal information.

What is shown publicly

Your public profile shows your name, headline, district and state, skills, experience, work history, languages, and any work photos or videos you add. It also shows whether you are verified.

Your mobile number and PIN code are never shown publicly. Identity documents and certificate files are never shared — the public profile only indicates that they exist. You can hide your public profile at any time from your account.

How your data is stored and secured

Profile data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage (Amazon S3) and served only through short-lived, signed links. Files are encrypted at rest, and the storage is never publicly readable. Sign-in uses short-lived tokens; we do not store passwords.

Your choices and rights

  • Edit or update your profile information at any time.
  • Hide your public profile so it is no longer discoverable.
  • Delete uploaded documents and media.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must retain limited records to comply with the law.

Children

MSMV is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
