These terms govern your use of MSMV, a platform that helps skilled workers create and share a professional profile. By using MSMV you agree to these terms. MSMV is an initiative by Neuvisto.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in India to use MSMV. By creating a profile you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for the accuracy of the information on your profile. Provide truthful details — misrepresenting your skills, experience, or identity may lead to removal of your profile.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and documents you upload. By uploading them you grant MSMV permission to store and display them as part of your profile, in line with our Privacy Policy. Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is not genuinely yours.

Verification

Verification badges indicate that certain documents were provided; they are a signal of trust, not a guarantee. MSMV does not warrant the accuracy of any worker’s claims and is not responsible for decisions employers make based on a profile.

No guarantee of work

MSMV helps you present yourself to employers. We do not promise employment, a specific number of enquiries, or any particular outcome.

Acceptable use

Do not use MSMV to post false information, harass others, upload malicious content, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove profiles that breach these terms.

Termination

You may stop using MSMV and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

MSMV is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
